Professionalism - I called a few days before, but they asked me to call back 3 days before the date to confirm weather-wise. Replied to all my questions on the phone very politely (surely the same ones that they've heard one million times).

Probably testing the "level" of the participant before starting because for me it was super nice but I wanted more adrenaline :)
