When will my voucher be ready?
BuyClub vouchers are usually ready to print and use 24h after an offer ends. At that time, the vouchers will be available in your BuyClub account.
In some rare cases, a delay of 1-2 days can happen.
We’ll alert you via email when your voucher is ready, but you can always check a voucher's status by logging into BuyClub.ch and going to “My Vouchers”.
Why can't I see my voucher(s) in my account?
You might have made your purchase using a different BuyClub account (connected to a different email address). Try signing out and then signing in again with other email addresses you have (like your work email) or with Facebook Connect. If you find that you have more than one BuyClub account you can contact us and we'll merge all of your different accounts into one.
I made a purchase but didn't get a confirmation email
Check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder to see if our confirmation email landed there instead of reaching your inbox. If you’re a Gmail user, please check your “Promotions” tab.
If you still can't find the confirmation email and you don't see the voucher in your My Vouchers page, contact us and we’ll help you out.
My voucher expired and I forgot to use it. What happens now?
Voucher expiration dates are clearly stated on each offer, and on each voucher, so pay attention and use your vouchers before they expire. Once a voucher expires it is no longer valid and has no value but you can contact the merchant directly to see if they’re willing to extend your voucher. If the merchant agrees we’re 100% cool with it.

Is buying on BuyClub safe?
Absolutely. When you purchase on BuyClub,ch, your credit card number is encrypted and transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. We work with Datatrans - Switzerland's leading e-payments provider.
How do I buy an offer / voucher?
If you see an offer you like, just click the "Buy" button before the offer ends and buy a voucher. 24h after the offer ends on BuyClub, the voucher will be available in your BuyClub account. To redeam the voucher, just print it and present it directly at the service provide (unless otherwise stated).
Do I need to print my voucher in order to use it?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, you need to present a printed voucher (not an e-version) at the Service Provider in order to redeam the voucher.
Do I need to use my voucher the same day I buy it?
No. You just need to use it before the expiration date.
Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Unless the Deal Fine Print specifically states otherwise, vouchers can be given as gifts. Each voucher contains the name of the buyer, but businesses that work with us know that we're cool with 'gifting' and will respect the voucher regardless of the name on it.
If I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I get cash back, or use the remainder later?
Unless otherwise stated you have to use the full value of the voucher in one visit and you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.
Can I return a voucher?
You can cancel your purchase before a sale ends by contacting us. Once the sale ends you can't return or change a voucher.
We really want people to enjoy BuyClub, so if you bought a voucher and were not happy with the service or product, contact us and we'll do our best to make you happy.
What if the business I bought a voucher for closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your voucher, we'll do everything in our power to make sure you get your money back. We can't guarantee this 100%, but we'll do our best.
