At Veysonnaz they demanded my voucher was printed. And they were quite rude about it too at a day and time when there was literally no queue behind me to cause any stress or rushing. I asked them where I could print my voucher at the village and they responded: "You just need to print it!". Firstly, the behaviour was rude and unfriendly - there are many other options for smaller resorts to go to to be treated better. Secondly, it is completely unreasonable to require printed vouchers when all they do is scan the code anyway. It does not make sense from a practical point of view or an environmental point of view.

Change this year (bad surprise...): instead of 20 charge for extending the ski pass (with buy club) to 4Valles, this year a full price have to be paid (like 37 sfr in addition). So this is really the WORST option one could take: ski pass prepaid a few months is not giving a right to a reduction of even 1 sfr! Completely unfair and not understandable!

I have bought in total 14 passes. They were having small discount comparing to original price, but still worth buying them.
DISAPOINTMENT on my side came now from 2 points :
- Extending validity to 4 Valee zone is at a strange rate, which was + 20 CHF on top. I was expecting 14 as per standard price list.
- second BAD point - when I went last weekend to the Cash desk, they told me voucher I was trying to use, was already used. I can prove this is wrong or correct, as those records are not available to me.
On my side t is WRONG because I have printed all vouchers on paper, and using only printed papers. I have never had duplicate prints, and that's why I don't understand why my Voucher was rejected.
having such experience, I would say that discount got from the voucher is waved because of 1 rejected.
At the end it is not worth risk of having vouchers , and some being rejected.
