Some of the tree courses need refurbishing and some are held by scotch tape. Needs to review safety of certain cables, and would recommend to include gloves to not end up with a rope-burned hand! Other than that it was very nice!

It's a fun place, but I was disappointed because my children, who are almost 7 and are tall and athletic and experienced in tree climbing, weren't allowed beyond the mini level which was too basic for them. They did it a couple of times and then got bored and left less than an hour after the start, though we were entitled to three hours!

Well organized on boarding with test area helped a lot to kids, they felt confident and enjoyed the trial. Support of personnel available fast and provided in effective manner. Levels of complexity correspond with different ages.

The parc staff monitor who is taking which trails, making sure an adult accompanies children, that the children are old enough and tall enough to manage the difficult parcours and also ensuring there aren't too many people on a single parcours at the same time. REally well managed.

We liked that in the tours there are always staff who check again children's age and direct them to the right level, and control whether they locked the security lock

A little more instruction and dry-run practice for first-timers is needed. The various lines could be differentiated better in terms of difficulty and time they take, whether there is jumping off etc. It seems kids are constantly getting stuck on certain lines that are scarier.

There were children who did not respect the rules to wait, and their parents who saw it and did not say anything, maybe a better briefing of parents would help

My daughter went up to the Grandes Tyroliennes and her line wasn't working, she couldn't go down and was standing there for 20 minutes until I got worried and asked the staff to help her. I think one staff member could be on the top of the tower for helping the kids because they can't get out on their own if there is problem with the lines/equipment there.
