I always ask for Camille; she is excellent and can answer all your questions and provide the best advice on how to care for your teeth properly.
Even though I had missed a six-monthly checkup, she managed to get rid of the discoloration that had built up. And she is very careful not to cause undue pain even when cleaning the sensitive areas.

I had a 20 minute wait, but the hygienist excused herself kindly for the delay

After a month from making the appointment, the assistant had to re-schedule my appointment due to unavailability of the hygienist which is understandable. However, she was not very nice on the phone, stating that she had tried to call me several times, even though that was the first call I had received from the clinic, and was not flexible on extending my buyclub voucher expiry date.
In the end we found a date that was within the period.

The receptionist takes a rather rude tone over the phone. I spoke with her once to make my appointment (6 weeks in advance) and a second time to confirm the day before my RDV. She sounded annoyed with me both times.
