There is not a particular lounge to relax in, as the spa is right in the middle of the lobby. It would be nice if they could set up an area nearby in the lobby for spa guests to relax with some tea or water, that isn't just the one seat inside the spa.

For the facial, it may have been good if they inspected my skin type first, I have done this with other facials where they check my skin under a microscope/magnifying glass to see how my skin is doing. While they asked me what sort of creams I use, it doesn't always mean that I know exactly what I should be using for my skin...

Enoyed my experience. I got a very nice and good masseuse, Estelle had just started there. Enjoyed the luxury of the hotel President, but if it weren’t for the BuyClub voucher the official price of chf 180 for 50 min. is over priced compared to other reknowned places, such as Clarins institute and Spa at the Intercontinental, or else.
They have no massage cabins, but 2 hotel rooms at the another floor rewamped into a treatment space. One bad note maybe, I was not given a robe, had to walk out naked from the bathroom into the room, which felt uncomfortable, and found this a total lack of courtesy. Voila.
