Terrible experience! They didn't no comply what it was agreed on the promotion.
Firstly, they don't serve the whole litre. On the contrary, the lady left a lot of space at the bottom. Once we arrived home we weighted and, in fact, between the 2 liters, there are 150grams of difference. And that is because we insisted to the girl to completely fill the liter. Which obviously, she didn't.
But then, instead of proving a medium cup, they said the promotion was for a small one. So, using two vouchers, we not only did't get the 2 liters but also were denied of the medium cup.

The first time we went to Manu Gelato with our voucher there was only one staff person at the time, probably someone new, and it was the first time she was seeing the voucher. This ended up involving an unnecessary waste of time. She wasn't confident accepting it. Wanted to take a photo of it with her phone. Served other customers before doing so. Staff need to be advised of how the vouchers work before they even come out. We ended up having to leave and come back a different day, because we just ran out of time. We took two cornets - delicious, grazie! However, we also paid for an additional ice-cream for our son.. We'd like to suggest that you make a child-sized portion, priced accordingly please!
