Use of the pool is included during summer season. However, this pool frequently becomes very crowded and noisy, because kids arrive in large numbers. It then much resembles a public pool and the quiet ambience that most adults there are looking for is over. Even the massage room upstairs gets the noise (I had the privilege to be at the second floor VIP suite).

Scheduling. We were checked in at the spa by 3:30pm for a 3:45 appointment. We weren't brought back to the room until 3:50 so by the time our facial actually started it was 4pm. The facial ended at 5:05 so we technically got a 65-min (not 75-min) facial, even though we were not the cause of the delay.
