While the service and facilitates were great, the first 25 minutes of the massage was not relaxing, for there was construction/renovation going on in the massage room immediately next door. Constant sound: people coming and going; talking in the halls; dull hammering sounds, or dull clanging and banging (which I was told might also have been from the fitness room below!). I had to ask the masseuse for something to be done, and we wound up needing to move to another massage room.
The noise was not really loud (I believe the workers were trying to be as quiet as possible), but loud enough to prevent a person from entering a relaxed state--the point of getting a relaxing massage :)

Two things:
1. They really need to provide some kind of refreshments or even just a water tank by the pool. There is a bar which has been closed each time I've been there. So I went to get some water from the faucet (behind the bar) and it was quite dirty there (floor dirt in the sink).
2. Relaxations room: Unfortunately it is not possible to know which beds have been used. They need some sort of a system to distinguish unused beds in case the most recent person didn't ruffle the sheets.
