The Grottes de Vallorbe was the perfect Sunday outing! We arrived two hours before closing and it was calm with some but not a huge amount of people. We took about 45-50 minutes to wander through the caves and was just stunned by the natural beauty.

One thing that could be improved on is: during this time of COVID making sure that people are wearing their masks. There are clearly marked signs stating it is obligatory to wear masks but once inside people take them off. Perhaps having a few workers stationed in the caves could assist with making sure that everyone coming in is wearing their masks throughout the their time in the caves.

It was a major disappointment to get there with a “discount ticket” from buyclub and to find that it is the same price on site. Your proposal is a false offer, is indicated that the original price is chf 30 and it is chf 15.
