The hygienist told me to purchase a mouthwash. She told me that it would cost CHF 15. When I went to buy it I was told by the receptionist that it cost CHF 20. The price of the product in the pharmacy is CHF 15!

I first tried to make an appointment through the CHD website but never received a response. I don’t have strong French when it comes to dental vocabulary and told this to the hygienist, but she did not acknowledge it or try to explain things in a different way so that I could better understand, and therefore came off a bit rude.
