I asked for someone who could speak English when I booked the appointment but when arrived the hairdresser couldn't speak English. Had to have another translate which was ok but all very rushed, used cold water when washing and didn't ask. Also cut was not good, lob sided. Think it may have just been the hairdresser I had.

Do not say you have a voucher. I am usual customer of them. I was treated very badly with a voucher :I had to finish my hair cut and my brushing myself.I was not even offered coffee or a glass of water !

The last voucher I had I went to the salon at the airport for convenience and it is not the same experience as down town Geneve in Eaux Vives. The lady was pleasant but did not do a hair treatment on the basis that my hair would become heavy, whereas I actually wanted it to be hydrated, hence the voucher!
