There is miscommunication about the colour of the highlight. My hair got really damaged after I did the highlight there. And most annoying thing was a person who can speak English was very rude. She was not helping at all.

Overall, this exchange was one of the easiest to arrange in my years of using buy club vouchers .. I called, Jimmy was helpful and got me in when I wanted, didn't harass me over the voucher number beforehand, & delivered a great service for a reasonable price. Professionals like Jimmy make bc look good!
