Im glad I gave this Carouge salon a chance after the god awful experience in Eaux-Vives where I felt like a ghost hovering invisibly around reception waiting for someone to see me and set me free.

Perhaps, given my experience....suggest that staff ask what is most important to the client... .brush and go? styling each morning? striking color? subtle? do it so people will notice/not notice you have had your hair styled/changed? These come to mind.... Then again I am always a bit reluctant to lay it on too strong so hold back a bit!
