Disappointing results with Highlights / Lowlights. They offered an additional gloss for an extra 30 CHF which was also very disappointing.
The hair cut is also not what I had asked for with a picture as well.

If you are a repeat client, they take you for granted, as they think you come again anyways. Both Color and cut are not what I wanted (after it was good the previous times), but they were not really concerned about that. Last time I went there.

Last time I visited the salon, I left with lovely curls and a stranger asked me where I did my beautiful Brushing. This time I went from the salon to a book store and the cashier said 'how do you do your hair, the curls are fabulous!' To be complimented both times by strangers is the sign of a really great hairstyle!

Yes, I went to Rive 19th Avenue and this is an excellent place to go. All places of 19th Avenue are not on the same professional level. At Rive, I found the service and hairdressers particularly good.

Both Sandrine for the colour and Zoraida for the cut, have been marvellous, and even though I was happy with my hair before, I have discovered a new way to style my hair that I wouldn't have tried had I stuck to my usual hairdresser!
