Stylist was not really familiar with the vouchers which were in circulation and what it entailed. As it was in English and she didn’t seem to speak English I translate for her but I imagine there are some who don’t speak French and it could be problematic for them. Not sure how buy club communicate with these vendors in FR or EN or if it was internal communication at 19th ave?
