Summer Outdoor Workouts in the Park
Outdoor bootcamps are a great way to get fit outdoors. Bootcamps are done in a group & led by a qualified fitness coach, who'll take you through various bodyweight exercises. Bootcamps are challenging (in a good way), but you'll have lots of fun doing them too!
