Temaki Bar by KAKINUMA - opened last month next to Ritz Carlton Hotel Geneva - is the newest takeaway eatery from master-chef Shinya Kakinuma (who owns the Michelin-recommended KAKINUMA). Temaki Bar specialises in Maki-type sushis, and especially in their signature Temakis - sushi cones made with fresh seafood, vegetables & vinegar rice, all wrapped in a crunchy seaweed imported directly from Japan.
