Your instructor will tailor your 1-on-1 lesson to your level & objectives. For beginners, lessons include a bit of music theory and a lot of actual playing. For advanced students, lessons will focus on the areas that you want to improve. All instruments are provided by the academy, so you just need to bring yourself.
