Get Your Motor Boat Skipper License (Optional)
You can use your lessons just for fun, or as preparation for the Canton's practical motor boat skipper license exam (Bateau à moteur (cat. A):
- Most people need around 10 practical lessons before they're ready for the practical skipper exam, although the actual number of needed lessons may vary
- To get the license you need to pass a theory exam followed by a practical exam. Both exams are managed by the Geneva Canton (not by the boat school) and require applying separatly and paying a cantonal fee which is not included in today's voucher
- Minimum age for getting a license: 18

Bring A Friend To Join You On The Boat
You can bring a friend / child (age 10+) to join you on the boat while you do your class, at no extra class. Your friend / child is there for fun and won't drive.
The Training Boat
TARPON 5m50 training boat with 75 HP motor or TARPON 4m50 with 40HP. TARPON boats are very stable and fast, making them ideal for learning.
