Just Opened: Functional Fitness Classes at ForceFit
ForceFit is a new functional fitness gym in Geneva center opened by 3 Crossfit® trained & certified instructors.
Forget fancy equipment & repetitive weight routines: the high-intensity classes are focused on basic natural moves and basic equipment, and change all the time. The classes develop general fitness that's useful for everyday life, including stamina, strength, endurance, agility & speed.
Typical Class: Classes are led by an instructor, with max 15 people per class. Workouts are intense & varied with a mix of bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, cardio-vascular exercises & weightlifting.
Equipment Used: Pull up bars, ropes, gymnastic rings, kettlebells, weights, medicine balls and rowers.
