FMR Microbrewery: Local & Traditional
FMR Brewery - aka Federation of Malt Republics - was started in 2014 by 2 friends who love beer, fermentation & Star Wars. Like all good companies, they started in a small kitchen in their garage, and then - once the good word spread - expanded into a real microbrewery in Rolle (between Geneva and Lausanne). They use traditional brewing methods and a top-fermentation technique for a unique taste & feel.
