3-Service Peking Duck: A Classic Chinese Treat
Peking Duck is a famous Chinese delicacy & a real dining experience. Chez Kuk serve the duck in the traditional way which means that a whole duck is slow-roasted in a special oven, then expertly carved at the table & brought out again in 3 services:
- 1st service: roasted meat & crispy skin with crepes, cucumbers, spring onions & dipping sauce
Spread the sauce over the crepe, wrap it around the meat, skin & vegetables and eat it by hand. The mix of tender meat, crispy skin, vegetables & sauce creates an amazingly tasty & exotic treat. - 2nd service: sautéed meat with vegetables & Cantonese rice
- 3rd service: flavorful duck broth
