Authentic Chinese Fondue ("Hot Pot")
Chinese Fondue (aka Chinese Hot Pot) is a classic Chinese dish that's fun, tasty & great for sharing: a pot of boiling broth is brought to the table along with a selection of raw meats (beef, chicken & lamb), seafood (homemade shrimp balls & fish balls), vegetables, noodles & tofu. You cook the meats, seafood & vegetables by dipping them in the broth and then fishing them out. When you're done eating, drink the broth that's absorbed all the flavours.
