Easy parking and access. The offices were clean, modern and functional. The area around the building, however, was pretty grungy with litter strewn about.

The treatment was soft and not hurtful, but it lasted half the time of what it was supposed to take when I bought the voucher. So I paid more than if I wouldn't have had a buyclub voucher. It is the first time it happens with a voucher.

The service was very professional and the hygienist was clearly very knowledgable and competent. The place is clean, lots of parking and easy to find. Very good atmosphere. I appreciated that she did not try to "sell" me anything. It didn't feel like a "bait and hook". I actually did make a dentist appointment though since I appreciated that and I don't have a dentist in Geneva yet.

I had a consultation with one of the dentists about a problem and I thought they could be a little more open to patients who have an irrational fear of procedures... I asked if there was anything that could be given to calm a patient, i.e. a very light sedative, and they said one would have to see a doctor for that... so I went elsewhere for my treatment
