When will my voucher be ready?

Most BuyClub vouchers are ready instantly. But some vouchers are ready either 24h after the sale ends, or on other specified dates.

In any case, we always mention on the Highlights and/or Conditions section for each sale when the voucher will be ready.


Why can't I see my vouchers in my account?

Because you probably have more than 1 BuyClub account, and you're looking for the voucher in the wrong account. Pls look in your other BuyClub account and let us know if there's still an issue. 

If you have several BuyClub accounts we can merge them all for you - contact us.


I bought something on BuyClub but didn't get a confirmation email

Check your 'Spam' and if you're a Gmail user check your “Promotions” tab.

If you still can't find the confirmation email, please contact us.


My voucher expired and I forgot to use it. What happens now?

Expired vouchers can no longer be used and have no value. It sucks when this happens so:
+ we clearly state the expiration dates on each voucher
+ we strongly recommend you use your voucher well ahead of its expiry date to reduce the risk of forgetting about it

Yes. When you purchase on BuyClub,ch, your credit card number is encrypted and transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. We work with Stripe.com: one of the world's leading e-payment providers.


Can I show the voucher on my phone to the service provider?

Yes, unless otherwise stated. 

Can I give my voucher to someone else to use?

Yes, unless the Conditions state otherwise. The voucher will still mention your name because you're the buyer, but anyone can use the voucher (as long as they respect the voucher conditions). 

If I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I get cash back, or use the remainder later?

 No, unless otherwise stated. 

Can I return a voucher?

Yes but only while the sale is still open on BuyClub (and as long as it's not yet sold-out) by contacting us. Once the sale ends you can't return or change a voucher.

What if the business I bought a voucher for closes down?

We'll do everything we can to ensure you get your money back, although we can't guarantee the result.

It's extremely rare this happens tho: we featured 4000+ sales on BuyClub so far, and less than 10 of featured service providers ended up closing down while the vouchers were still valid.
