Le massage relaxant d'une heure trente que j'ai eu était parfait, car en plus d'être relaxant il était tonique, Julie est une très bonne masseuse, vraiment.

Annie is a very well-trained cosmetologist, with a professional attitude and sense of humor. I also felt very welcome by the two front desk young ladies, who are genuinely kind. Everything went smoothly. We were allowed to spend as much time as we wanted in the swimming pool, sauna, and hamam - such a treat!

The changing room which is used for the spa, pool, gym is not exclusive, it is really a gym changing room whereas when I go to the spa I prefer more privacy and comfort

I really enjoyed the massage part of the facial and the whole experience was very relaxing. However, it was not a facial. Hardly any products were used so it was just a few face products and a very good massage!

The staff and service was excellent! my only complain is that one of the ladies working on the bathroom (i.e. support staff), was unfriendly and even complained because I took a second towel. You would not expect that on a 5 star hotel, which has outstanding customer services otherwise. I hope the BuyClub team raises the issue
