Each night Chef Bearcroft creates different inspired courses using organic & locally-sourced ingredients. Having worked in hotels both in the UK and in Samoëns for 20 years, Daniel draws from his culinary experience to experiment with different flavors, colors & textures, from classic French cuisine to contemporary Asian fusion.

What a wonderful experience in Samoens. As a return guest to this marvelous gem of a boutique hotel, I can only say that it is a small little sliver of heaven amidst the towering Gran Massif mountain range. First of all is the overall look of the hotel, beautifully furnished with amazing attention to detail. My room had a great view of the mountains, and I slept in downy comfort through the quiet night.

We were very pleased with this quaint hotel. Each room has its own special meaning. The decorations were wonderful. The attention we received from the staff was top notch. Our rooms were clean and freshened everyday. The warm towels in the bathrooms were great. The food was spectacular and was prepared for our desire. We so enjoyed spending time in the different rooms at different times of the day with tea or champagne. We would recommend this special place for a get away relaxing vacation.
