• California or Swedish Massage: Kneading & sweeping strokes are used to release tension, relax sore spots & increase blood flow.
• Balinese: Stretching, kneading, acupressure & reflexology techniques are used to release tight muscles & induce a state of deep serenity.

Afterwards, enjoy a soothing cup of tea to bring the experience to full circle.
