A Great Night for Tasting & Learning About Champagnes & Wines

In a 3 hour sit-down event, wine & Champagne expert Kat Morse will take us through an introduction to Champagne & wine tasting and present 7 Champagnes & 4 rosé wines from around the world. Guests will swirl, sip, savor & compare Champagnes & wines, learn about their elaboration & styles, and get an overview of the regions they're from.  The tables are set up to encourage socialising & interaction between the guests. The event happens at Movenpick Cellar in Meyrin and includes a full buffet dinner by Movenpick Catering.

The Event Includes:

• Total 3 hours, 19h-22h
• Presentation, tasting & comparing of 7 Champagnes & 4 rosé wines
• Buffet dinner by Movenpick Catering incl cold meats, cheeses, sandwiches & salads
• Each guest will receive a tasting wheel, tasting notes, maps & a copy of the presentation
• The tables will be set up to encourage discussion & socializing between the guests

Kat is Geneva’s premier English wine& Champagnes educator, has studied wine at the Université de Reims in Champagne, and is a former member of the prestigious Notre Dame wine society. She strives to take the snobbery out of Champagne & wine and make learning about them more approachable and accessible to everyone. She teaches Champagne & wine classes at Mövenpick Cellars, CERN, and other international organizations, has created over 45 different courses and her presentations are always interesting & fun.
