What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus & concentration.  When you're under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed and are more open to empowering suggestions that enable you to change behavioral patterns.  Hypnosis is not manipulation or mind control, it’s more like a helping hand to help you change the things you want from the inside out

Harvard psychologist Deirdre Barrett explains: “Specific suggestions and images fed to clients in a trance can profoundly alter their behavior. As they rehearse the new ways they want to think and feel, they lay the groundwork for changes in their future actions...”

What Can Hypnosis Help With?
Because hypnosis works with the power of suggestion, it can help you change behavioral patterns you're struggling with and can be used to treat numerous disorders & conditions like:

• Insomnia/trouble sleeping

What Happens During a Hypnosis Session?
The session begins with a 1-on-1 conversation to allow the therapist to understand your goals and to explain the process to you.  He'll then induce a hypnotic state by talking in a gentle, soothing tone and describing images that create a sense of relaxation, security and well-being.  The therapist will then suggest ways for you to achieve the goals you discussed and will use visualization techniques in which you picture yourself accomplishing your goals.  Afterward, he’ll gently bring you out of hypnosis and conclude the session. A session takes about 1 hour and you can resume your 'normal' activities & routines right afterwards.

When Will I See Results?
Results vary depending on the person & the issue being treated, but most people report visible results after 1-3 sessions.  Today's voucher gives you 2 sessions, and also allows you to purchase 1 additional session (if you need is) at 50% off the regular price if you purchase it within the offer's 3 month validity period.

Is It Safe?
Absolutely!  Hypnosis is a natural state that everybody experiences to different degrees during the day  while daydreaming, watching TV, or even during exercise.  Hypnosis makes you more open to suggestions but it can't force you to do things against your will and you typically remember what happened while you were under hypnosis.  People taking strong medications & people with serious mental health issues should consult their physicians before undergoing a hyspnosis session.
