It was extremely painful - I left more tense and exhausted than when I came in and so no improvement in any way (not that I was expecting much after 1 session but you do see those draining before and after pics from this particular method). You'd think she would be able to regulate the intensity with her hands. If you actually have cellulite, inflammation and circulatory problems, I'm guessing it'll also be painful for you so be warned - even though this treatment is supposed to help with all those.
Also felt she was constantly trying to sell me other products of theirs and give unsolicited advice (though the conversation helped distract a little from the pain).

Listen to your clients - that much pain is not helpful. Allow for payment in installments. Give a list of other complimentary treatments at the end and discuss if client shows interest instead of talking through the whole session.

5. Do you think you'll return to Institut Martine de Richeville in the future, even without a BuyClub voucher?
I liked it very much but it is a bit expensive as the insurance does not cover it unfortunately :/

The prices are high, but the Remodelage Massage was excellent, eventhough it felt like torture in the beginning. Afterwards it feels good!

Their offer for “remodelage” is not a relaxing or even pleasant massage, as I am still sore after 4 days. Still , the goal is to loosen the fascia and reboot my system towards better metabolism. No pain no gain, as they say. You have to believe in the science, but if you do then they are the best.

I get that the voucher is supposed to allow us to try with the aim of coming back ie selling us more of your business but having it be pushed during a session is not very pleasant and it's not the first time. Send an update email once the voucher is used maybe outlining what the next steps can be (sometimes having bought the voucher allows preferential prices etc)
