The staff was exceptionally friendly and very patient with my limited French :) The procedure was properly explained and i was guided through every step of the process. And the sensation after the Cryotherapy is fantastic!

Diva and Jerome, who manage the place are super nice and accommodating. Both of them very knowledgable, they take time to explain how cryotherapy works and answer all your questions. They stay in the room during the session, which helps a lot the first couple of times. The place is very tidy and clean, the bathrobes are freshly washed and the changing area is comfortable. I tried this place with a buy club voucher, then got a 24-sessions membership and now have bought another set of buy club vouchers x 10 sessions. Cannot recommend this place more.

The venue is not great, as you have to cross a fitness zone where sometimes 1 person has a private session..I think one should be able to separate with curtains or screen and maybe take off shoes to cross carpets&sport mats! Also after the session (as i had experience in other venues in France) a 10m relax time on a comfortable lounge chair with hot or cold drink offered should definitively be available.

Should change the entrance and have some kind of a counter near the main door as it looks weird to have to go through a training space before actually getting met by someone from the cryotherapy.

Very cold, but keep working on breathing and stay zen, then it would be finish soon.... The feeling afterwords is fantastic, whole body is so light!

I would suggest they recommend that someone tries twice to see if they feel any difference. Once is too short an experience! An interesting offer though!
