I have been to the Aquarela do Brasil seven times. The worst visit was unfortunately on my birthday. The restaurant was just understaffed. Two gentlemen were fighting hard to keep up with the full restaurant and a single guy was doing rounds with the meat. We were without drinks for most of the evening and, despite asking, several kinds of meat never reached us. On a scale of one to five that was a one-star evening.
My six other visits get five stars each. The service is good, as is the rodizio. My favourites are the picanha, maminha and pineapple with cinnamon.
(1+5+5+5+5+5+5)/7 = 4.4 out of 5
I will visit the Aquarela do Brasil again.
