We tried different appetizers and sashimi and rolls. Everything was DELICIOUS. The Algee salad was to die for, the salmon sashimi soft and melting in the mouth.... The decor of the restaurant is very nice and atmosphere pleasant. The waitress charming and efficient. Definitely an address worthwhile in Lausanne."

Very nice combination of flavors. The salad comes with little pieces of fish and is served in a small bowl of phillo, very satisfying. I skipped the sushi/sashimi options and ordered the half chicken. Wow. Beautifully balanced tastes. Interesting flavored 'squares' of rice as garnish."

The menu is "compact" but contains a range of traditional Japanese food (sushi or sashimi) together with some interesting fusion dishes, with a touch of spice or an arrangement not seen in Japan. We had the Miso, followed by spicy soft-shell crab, and then a selection of sushi and sashimi, deliciously finished off with a selection of Mochi ice-cream.The wait staff were efficient, but not too obtrusive."
