It works like this:

Wear the EMS Suit: the suit (adjusted to your size) delivers micro electrical pulses to your body, to make your muscles work extra hard

How Many Sessions?
5-6 sessions are recommended for starting to feel & see results.
EMS is considered safe for training but is NOT for pregnant women and for people with: heart conditions or heart device (e.g. a pacemaker), people suffering from serious medical conditions like epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, cancer, circulatory disorders, diabetes etc.
