"So let me get the less-good things out of the way first: there’s no relaxation room for before / after the massage, and there’s no showers at Vitalessence.
If you can live with that, then the rest is fantastic!

Vitalessence is not fancy, but it's clean, cosy & friendly.
The therapist:
Kevin was easy and pleasant to speak with (speaks good English). We first discussed my medical history and my expectations for the session, and then we agreed to go for a pain-relief treatment (a combo of body massage, foot reflexology & head massage).
The treatment:
Great!!! Kevin focused on my feet, back and shoulder muscles. His movements relaxed my muscles, made me feel very relaxed, and helped me avoid some pain-spasms I suffered from. This was one of the best reflexology & massages I have ever had."
