The City is Your Playground with Urban Spartan Bootcamps
We tried Urban Spartan in May 2018 and loved it: coach Gerome Rivera uses Geneva's landscape, walls, stairs, bike rails and anything else that can be climbed, jumped or crawled through, to challenge participants to their limit. Each person can go at their own pace, for example: you choose if to use the minute of sit-ups to do 60 or 10 sit-ups, and whatever you decide is OK.
Every workout is different, intense, fun & beats the repetitiveness of "standard" workouts.
