Gastronomic Cooking Classes with Chef Ludovic Roy

Chef Ludovic Roy is the former head chef of Hotel Bristol's award-winning Gault & Millau restaurant & current owner & chef of La Table des Roys restaurant in Eaux-Vives. Chef Roy loves to share his cooking skills with others and as a former cooking professor at Ecole Hoteliere de Thonon les Bains, he knows how to keep his classes fun & engaging for students of all levels. His hands-on classes take place at Table de Roys' beautiful open kitchen & include max 15 students.

Today's Offer: Gastronomic Cooking Class for 1 Person

Each class is 3.5 hours & includes:

• Cooking 4 different dishes: 2 mains + 2 starters (including 1 dish to take home)
• Wine, water & coffee
• All ingredients & materials
• In FR with basic EN translation provided if needed
• A lively dinner at the end where you get to eat your masterpieces

Example Classes

Classes happen every Monday 19h-22h30 & are updated each month on the Table de Roys' website.
Below are a few example classes:

Example Class "It's Fall!":

• Soup of cavaillon melon, cheese ravioli & fresh arugula with smoked duck breast
• Stew of gambas, calamari & espelette pepper, beans, peas & carrots
• Lamb roast with country thyme, vegetable mosaic, mashed apple siphon

Example Class "Return of the Gathering":

• Stew of chanterelle mushrooms with parsley emulsion
• Sea bream fish with olives, peppers & vegetable pickles
• Veal with sautéed, tangy caper flowers & beetroot mashed potatoes
