How Personal Training Sessions Work
- 1st session: You’ll meet with your coach, complete a questionnaire, & discuss your personal training goals. Then you'll start your workout
- Following sessions: You'll continue your workout plan, guided by your coach
You can use your personal training towards achieving any fitness objective (weight loss, building strength, endurance, sports training, Pilates, etc)
