Vietnamese Food 101: Bring on the Pho!
Wikipedia says Vietnamese cuisine is "greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, and reliance on herbs and vegetables". We say Vietnamese food tastes amazing because it bursts with flavors such as lemongrass, ginger, mint, coriander and other stuff we love.
The king of Vietnamese cuisine is the Pho rice-noodle soup, which started as Vietnamese street food and became one of the most popular dishes in the world.
About Sen Restaurant
Sen (which means Lotus in Vietnamese) opened in 2018 in the space where another fav Vietnamese resto - Cho Lon - was located. The owner & the chef are Vietnamese. Sen is one of Geneva's only Asian restos to source its meat from Geneva's premium Boucherie du Molard.
Sen isn't a fancy place, and it has an inside dining room + outdoor terrace.
