Bootcamps with Westrok Coleman at Parc Bastions

Master-trainer 'Westrok' Coleman knows how to get people in great shape: he's a former trainer at Equinox NY with 14 years experience as a coach to NYC's elite, he's been selected by WTO & The Global Fund to run fitness classes for their employees, and he knows how to motivate people to go just a little bit more.

Westrok runs 6 bootcamp classes per week at Parc Bastions, and he changes the content of each class so that the sessions stay surprising & interesting. It's a great way to have fun and get in shape outdoors.

Each bootcamp is 1h.
