Master-trainer 'Westrok' Coleman knows how to get people in great shape: he's a former trainer at Equinox NY with 14 years experience as a coach to NYC's elite, he's been selected by WTO + The Global Fund to run fitness classes for their employees, and he knows how to motivate people to go just a little bit more.
Westrok runs 11 bootcamp classes per week at Parc Bastions, and he changes the content of each class so that the sessions stay surprising & interesting. It's a great way to have fun and get in shape outdoors.

The smaller semi-private bootcamps allow Westrok to spend more time on you in each class - to fix your technique and adapt your program - so you progress faster. You'll also get a 1h private pre-assessment with Westrok before starting your classes

If you miss one of your semi-private sessions, you can arrange a make-up class. Speak directly with Westrok about the available slots.
What Happens If The Weather Is Bad?
- If there's enough warning before the bad weather, Westrok will try to move the classes indoors to the "I Love Exercise" gym (close to Bastions)
- If the weather changes suddenly or too close to the class time, the class will be cancelled. You'll be able to book a make-up class in this case
