Peking Duck is a famous Chinese delicacy & a real dining experience. Chez Kuk serve the duck in the traditional way which means that a whole duck is slow roasted in a special oven, then expertly carved at the table & brought out again in 3 services:

• 1st service: roasted meat & crispy skin w crepes, cucumbers, spring onions & dipping sauce
  Spread the sauce over the crepe, wrap it around the meat, skin & vegetables and eat it by hand. The mix of tender meat, crispy skin, vegetables & sauce creates an amazingly tasty & exotic treat.
• 2nd service: sautéed meat w vegetables & Cantonese rice
• 3rd service: flavorful duck broth
• Dessert: Litchi fruit

Five of us ate here and had two peking ducks which were enough. This was my first experience with peking duck and it was delish. First, they cut the skin and some meat off the duck and it's served with thin wrappers, julienned cucumbers, onions amd a sauce for you to make your own rolls. These were really good. Next, they cut the rest of the meat up and stir it up with fried rice and make a soup as well. These three dishes altogether were very filling. I really enjoyed the duck, the skin was nice and crispy and the meat was flavorful. The service was good and the atmosphere was great. Not crowded at all for a Friday night."
