Authentic Chinese Fondue ("Hot Pot")
Chinese Fondue (aka Chinese Hot Pot) is a classic Chinese dish that's fun, tasty & great for sharing: a pot of boiling broth is brought to the table along with a selection of raw meats (beef, chicken & lamb), sea food (home made shrimp balls & fish balls), vegetables, noodles & tofu. You cook the meats, seafood & vegetables by dipping them in the broth and then fishing them out. When you're done eating, drink the broth that's absorbed all the flavours.

It originates from the Southwestern region of China and is known for their deep rich flavors including signature seasonings like Sichuan pepper, chili & broad bean chili paste, The chef, who hails from the same region, stays true to his Sichuan roots through his cuisine.

t was a hidden gem, this small Sichuan restaurant. The food was tasty, and the price correct. We shared four grilled dumplings, the best so far in the city of Geneva. We also ordered yuxiangrousi and fried jielan.!!!"

Hard to find good Chinese, but this one is good. We've had mapo tofu, salt and pepper tofu and fish (not on menu, but available on request) and chicken with chili, and they've all been very good.

I do not usually go to Chinese restaurants as had bad experiences in the past but a Chinese friend took us here and it was such a nice surprise. The food is excellent and the staff very pleasant.
