- Lamb Tibs - cubes of lamb w green onions & peppers in traditional sauce
- Chicken Doro Wat - chicken marinated in lemon juice, braised in a berbere paprika sauce
- Beef Zigni - cubes of beef simmered with mixed herbs, onions, green pepper & ginger
Vegetables:
- Gomen - chopped vegetables cooked with mixed herbs
- Misir - lentils w onions & spices in a paprika sauce
- Kik - mashed yellow peas w onion, groundnut oil, green pepper & garlic
