They’ve done it again! The owners of the iconic Blackbird Downtown Diner and The Breakfast Club in Lausanne have launched their latest eatery, Blackbird House, bringing a new & exciting gastropub experience to scenic Rolle.

Situated in a spacious 2-storey building, Blackbird House offers a simple, but creative menu featuring a variety of delicious options any time of the day. Their weekend menu - featuring an excellent brunch - is one of our personal favourites.
