1. Chamonix ski resort closes due to COVID
or:

2. the Swiss-France border closes due to COVID

or:

3. Switzerland goes into lockdown due to COVID

Vouchers won't be extended/refunded for any other reasons, incl COVID sickness / quarantine. Chamonix is in France. You're responsible for complying with France's COVID restrictions (which may change with time), incl COVID-PASS MANDATORY TO ENTER THE SLOPES. France may require 3rd booster shot to have the pass, or may move to different pass models. Check France's COVID restrictions here

Exchange your printed BuyClub voucher for non-dated ski passes (which you can use any day) at the caisse. You can exchange several vouchers at the same time at the caisse, but all passes you have on you when you enter the slopes will be activated and registered as used
Passes not valid for walking visits of Chamonix attractions (such as l’Aiguille du Midi, Montenvers, etc)
The season may end earlier than planned (May 2, 2022 is the last official day), or the the resort may close on some days, due to weather / technical issues. No refunds in these cases

The passes are transferable but are not for commercial re-sale. Re-sold passes may be blocked
Chamonix is in France. It's your responsibility to understand and respect France's Covid restrictions (which are likely to change with time) and those of Chamonix resort. COVID-pass needed to access the slopes. France may require 3rd Booster shot for the pass and/or move to different pass models. Changing COVID restrictions will not merit vouchers extensions/refunds (unless these restrictions fall under the COVID-Insurance mentioned on this page)

Full prices at the caisse:
- Adult: CHF 61.4 (€ 58.5). In April 2022 drops to CHF 42.8
- Child age 5-14: CHF 52.2 (€ 49.7). In April 2022 drops to CHF 36.4
Chamonix use online "dynamic pricing", meaning online prices are discounted if you pre-commit to certain dates in advance. The discounts vary depending on demand and how how far in advance you book. Online discounts for kids are almost always better than BuyClub's price. Some online discounts for adults can be better than BuyClub's price for certain dates, especially if you're willing to pre-commit far ahead to lower-demand dates.
