Super nice place. I got this voucher for my sister to use while she was visiting town for a couple of days. I went with her, so I had the chance to have a feel for the place. The whole experience was excellent. The stylist allocated to us was Audrey and she was super professional, knowledgable and very kind. Her english is very good so communication was super smooth. The environment is very pleasant as well, with a large, tidy and clean space. We were offered a herbal infusion that was great and the whole process was about making the client feel comfortable, relaxed and pampered. Will definitely go back!

I think most people who say they want a real change are tricky to deal with (like me!): if you give that to them, they might freak out! It is hard for any salon to trust that the client wanting a dramatic difference means it, unless they are emphatic about it. Sometimes helping a client toward what is less safe for them may be a good thing. However, I am content with a good step forward, so no criticisms from me!

I tried Aveda for six months, kept going back because of the pleasant staff and atmosphere. However I was not happy with the colour, blow dry and cut, particularly the last cut which was a disaster and I am still trying to grow out. The hairdressers know their products well but do not see whether the cut/colour suits the client and their type of hair.

It's a nice atmosphere, nice rapport between colleagues, and a healthy balance between talking and just allowing for quiet. It was thoughtful and smart that Elodie thought to check with me in advance about any cost going above the voucher amount. Great location of course.
