We published a Zumba offer a few months ago and got great feedback and a ton of requests for another offer.  We aim to please, so here's another chance to get in shape while dancing & having fun.

Zumba is the hottest fitness craze from the USA and is an amazingly effective way to burn calories and get in shape while having a great time. Often called 'Fitness Parties', Zumba classes are dance-based group aerobic workouts where upbeat Latin rhythms are combined with easy-to-follow dance moves to provide a total-body workout for any level. Basically, it's like a big happy Latin dance party where you burn about 700 calories and work out every muscle in your body.  

What's Special About Zumba?

Zumba has 2 main advantages over “regular” workouts:

• It’s fun so you’re more likely to stick to it!   The catchy music, easy dance steps & high energy instructors make it easy to let go and dance like no one is watching.
• It's effective! Zumba blends aerobics, interval & resistance training for a total body workout and you can burn about 700 calories during a class.

For All Levels:
The dance steps are easy to follow and there are usually about 15 people in the group so you can go as fast or as slow as you want, and you improve all the time.

Severine Golay & Gianna Carta are Zumba Geneve's top instructors, and we're sure you'll love them as much as we do.  They're both life long dancers, have been teaching Zumba for years, and are extremely energetic & friendly.  Severine & Gianna speak basic English and they make the classes super fun & dynamic.
