What a Menu!

 The menu combines flavours from the Mediterranean, North Africa, Asia, France and Switzerland to create unexpected dishes that combine world cultures with local cuisine. Fish & sea-food lovers will especially like the menu. Sample dishes include:

• Fillet of Red Mullet with Calamary casserole in napolitaine sauce with stir-fried artichkes (CHF 46)
• Iberian Pork siroloin with bell peppers, black olives & coco beans (CHF 47)
